0000037: Thin straight accolade for a single staff

Description

Change thin straight accolade so that when its flag "show for single staff" is false, it is anyway shown if there is another bracket. It is needed for Xylophone, Vibraphone etc. parts when they are left alone in the orchestra score. Probably need to change existing flag to a radio with three options:

- never show for single staff
- show for single staff only if other bracket is present
- always show for single staff

Create correspondent test(s) for staff deletion scenario
