Implement functionality to add a barline (dashed, solid, double etc.) on any beat of the bar so that the music in the bar (spacing, centering of the whole rests etc.) is not affected.

It is needed for Xylophone, Vibraphone etc. parts when they are left alone in the orchestra score. Probably need to change existing flag to a radio with three options:

- never show for single staff
- show for single staff only if other bracket is present
- always show for single staff
