Summary0000088: Staff deletion doesn't recalculate all the pages
DescriptionIn current implementation of section.recalculate(), next page is only recalculated if system fragments assignment to the page has changed. This is wrong. Figure out better way to check if need to continue recalcs or stop them.

 Fixed by adding special meaning to staffSystemFragmentIndex=-1: recalculate all fragments.
