Check Boxes as Radio Buttons

Using checkboxes instead of radiobuttons:

Any could not be checked together with some other checkboxes;
Normal could not be checked together with checkboxes Bold..Reverse;
All Caps could not be checked together with Small caps;
Superscript could not be checked together with Subscript;
What's difference between checking Superscript together with Normal and Superscript alone?
