Summary0000028: Interface language doesn't switch in some environments
DescriptionSwitching the language doesn't work under Russian Windows XP. Even if English is selected, interfaces is still in Russian.

Same for English Windows 7. Even if Russian is selected, intergace is always in English.

Only in Win Vista switching works as it should.

Okay, in Vista there was a problem with encoding one symbol in Russian locale bundle. It's solved in the build 210.
